Hi, Matt here with two humble requests.
First of all, thank you for being a subscriber. Having a knowledgeable and committed readership is one of the best benefits of writing publicly about our practice. As you know, not all online spaces are positive and welcoming; you make it so.
With that, I have a few requests for your consideration.
First, I am interested in your thoughts on the newsletter itself. Do you find it consistently useful, relevant, engaging? If not, what might change through addition, subtraction or revision? Your feedback is always thoughtful and wise.
Second, I wrote a 50 page eBook titled Resist the Script: Five Critical Questions for Teachers to Adapt, Adopt, or Develop a Literacy Curriculum That Works for All Readers and Writers. I plan to self-publish it some time this summer.
(Side note: My 15 year old son has already offered feedback on the subtitle: “It’s too wordy.” I explained to him that, no, it’s specific. :-)
If time allows, please respond to the brief survey linked below.
As thanks for your feedback, I’ll send you a final copy of the eBook when it is ready.
Take care,
Matt
