This week we examine the importance of taking time to reflect on our work and learning.
Without reflection, we can create negative narratives about the outcomes of our experiences, which I write about in this post.
Traditional tests can only tell you so much. In this article, we consider more authentic assessments that include reflection and less standardized testing.
