I am also extremely interested in the Removing Labels text as it looks like it might be a great place to start with myself and staff in beginning to recognize our own implicit bias. The assess mapping is intriguing as well. I have been trying to shift the narrative at my school to an asset based approach, so I am excited about this resource.

Great suggestion of connecting a current text to the Asset Mapping activity. I could see this working well as professional development too.
